New SpeedPack System
(SPS)
Our new Speed-Pack System automates the shipping process by printing
out "picking slips" at the same time our sales department
receives an order. This allows our warehouse to have your item(s) packed
and ready for delivery in only a few minutes. We also utilize Universal
Product Code (UPC) scanners to insure that you get the exact product
you ordered.
General Shipping Policies
Orders
placed before 3 PM CST usually shipped the same day.
Orders
place on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the next business
day.
Shipping
rates are based excusively on weight and destination. No additional
charges are added.
Tracking
information will be provided to customers with valid email addresses.
Deliveries
inside the Continental United States must be to street addresses (no
PO Boxes).
